Hamilton Electric Bikes (HEB) Build and Deliver Program Terms and Conditions

If you live within certain geographic areas of HEB, you may have the option of choosing to have your ebike professionally built and personally delivered to your doorstep. Customers living within 100 km’s of our Hamilton, Ontario location are usually eligible for this special delivery service. If you are further away please contact us directly to see if we can make arrangements to help you. The cost for this service ranges from $50-$200 depending on the distance and any other special requirements.

This is a very convenient option for those that may not have the proper vehicle or bike rack to transport their purchase back home or for those that are not confident in their abilities to properly or safely assemble their new ebike.

Under the Program, your ebike will be delivered to HEB, get fully built, test driven, safetied and then personally delivered to your specified address by a HEB representative. All accessories purchased will be added to your ebike (ie, fenders, racks, bells, mirrors, upgraded seating etc) or brought along with your purchase and your ebike will be ready, for your immediate use. The HEB representative will also provide a tutorial demonstrating how to use and benefit from the features of your new ebike, including its operational and battery charging recommendations.

The HEB  Build and Deliver Program is subject to an additional fee, which HEB may change at any time at its discretion. You will be given the opportunity to choose the Build and Deliver Program at checkout and the applicable fee will be communicated to you prior to your payment.

You will be responsible for scheduling a date and time for the HEB representative to assemble and deliver your ebike. If you are not at the specified address to receive your ebike at that date and time, we will bring your purchase back to the shop and contact you to reschedule a new date and time. If you fail to be at the specified address for your appointment you will be charged an additional no-show fee that can range between $50-$200 depending on the distance from HEB plus your original delivery fee.

All other terms and conditions contained herein will apply to your ebike purchase. Your warranty will begin once your ebike is paid in full and delivered.
