• Factory Limits: This scooter arrives factory-governed from the manufacturer to align with provincial speed caps. (Note: This model features a high-performance legal 500w motor, however, it can reach speeds of up to 30km/h making it technically classified for Off-Road and Private Property use).
• Where to Ride: Under the Ontario E-Scooter Pilot, street-legal scooters may be operated in designated bike lanes and on roads with speed limits of 50 km/h or less. Riding on sidewalks is strictly illegal across Ontario.
• Local Municipal Bylaws: E-scooters are only legal in municipalities that have opted into the provincial pilot program (such as Hamilton). They remain entirely prohibited on public streets and bike paths in cities that have opted out, including the City of Toronto. It is the rider’s sole responsibility to verify local municipal rules before operation.
