Velec Handlebar Cover

Designed specifically for transporting electric bikes on vehicles, this handlebar protector is made of waterproof fabric. The two-way zipper on 3 of its 4 sides allows for quick and easy installation, both for models with several exposed cables and for models with internai wiring. 2 long velcro strips on each side of the central console ensure a tight fit in the center of the handlebar.
