Shipping, Fees & Returns
Dispatch and Delivery:
Goods in stock will be dispatched within 5-10 business working days of payment. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Currently, we offer shipping to BC, Alberta, Sask., Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec. If you reside outside Purolator’s delivery area, we will contact you for alternative transportation, and additional shipping charges may apply.
If goods are ordered from outside Canada, an additional 5-10 business days may be added. Customers will be contacted to confirm order details.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to increased fraudulent online activity, we reserve the right to cancel any online transaction. Common reasons include non-matching shipping and billing addresses. Lightspeed Payments’ fraud detection software may take up to 2 days to process. If a transaction is cancelled, the customer has the first right of refusal on the bike, and alternative payment methods will be offered.
Delivery Restrictions:
We only ship to single-family residences. No delivery to apartment complexes or P.O. Boxes. Customers must be present to accept and sign for delivery between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
We are not responsible for loss or damage if goods are left unattended per customer instructions. Customers may be required to assist in unloading due to the weight of items.
Disposal and Redelivery:
Customers are responsible for disposing of packing materials. After two failed delivery attempts, or if the customer is not home for an agreed delivery, goods may be returned, and an additional re-delivery charge may apply.
Change of Address:
If the delivery address is changed after dispatch, any extra charges incurred by carriers for redirection will be passed on to the customer.
Goods Inspection:
Customers must check goods on delivery for missing or damaged items. Any issues should be reported to the delivery driver and signed for at the time of delivery. Cosmetic scratches and paint chips on bicycle frames during shipping are not covered by warranty.
Lost or Damaged Goods:
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, notify us promptly. Special delivery requirements or conditions should be communicated before submitting an order.
Returns & Replacement
Returns:
Unused electric bikes, parts, and accessories may be returned within 30 days in the original non-damaged packaging for store credit or a refund (15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
Replacements:
If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, inform the delivery company and contact us immediately.
Defective Merchandise:
Report defective goods within 7 days of receipt. Provide details and a digital photograph. Goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and return shipping costs may be refunded if goods are found to be faulty.
