Out of Stock/Backorder:

In rare instances, an item may be out of stock before shipment. In such cases, we will contact you in advance and make efforts to resolve the situation. However, backorders cannot be accepted. If you wish to substitute an item, contact us to arrange for a substitute or cancel your order.

Payment Methods:

Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, and PayBright Financing. The provided billing address must match the one on file with the issuing financial institution. In case of a credit card authorization failure, we reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notification. Resolution of credit card issues lies within your responsibility with the issuing institution.

Currency and Sales Tax:

All prices are in Canadian dollars, and the applicable tax depends on your location. Orders shipped to BC residences will have both GST and PST applied if applicable.

Limits of Responsibility:

We disclaim any responsibility for damage or loss of parts incurred during the operation or use of the product initiated by the user.

Price and/or Description Changes:

Prices, pictures, and descriptions on the website are subject to change. We are not liable for inadvertent errors. Please notify us within 30 days of any price or promotion discrepancies. After this period, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or corrections to your order. By placing an order, you agree to the price and terms indicated on the website.

Errors on Our Website:

Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, revoke offers, cancel orders, and rectify inaccuracies or omissions even after order submission.

If payment has been processed for a cancelled order, Hamilton Electric Bikes will issue a credit to the payment method used. Individual bank policies determine when the credited amount reflects in your account.

General Shipping Policy:

We reserve the right to choose the carrier for orders. Shipments primarily use ShipZone, with ground service delivery times up to 5+ business days. Next Day service starts after the order has shipped.

We only ship within Canada, and COD is not accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Orders for outlying areas may use Canada Post, with potential surcharges communicated after order placement. You will be contacted if a surcharge is necessary.

Business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, excluding statutory holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days.

Orders can be modified or cancelled until the status becomes “Shipped.” Afterward, you must initiate a return to cancel the order. Ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and use the provided tracking number to claim your shipment.

Hamilton Electric Bikes reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.

Bicycle Restock Fee:

Bicycles shipped from the Hamilton Electric Bikes Warehouse may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (pre-tax) if not retained by the chosen pickup location. Shipping and overage fees are non-refundable, applying to cancelled and/or returned bicycles.

Bicycle Cancellation Policy:

Bicycles can be cancelled if not picked up from the chosen retailer. Hamilton Electric Bikes will refund the full bicycle value, excluding potential restocking/processing fees.
